Got Pomegranate?

It seems like milk and OJ always get the hype. Although they both have essential vitamins and minerals our bodies need, have you ever tried anything pomegranate? Studies show that eating or drinking pomegranate inhibits dental plaque formation. If that isn’t enough, pomegranates also contain healthy amounts of calcium for strong teeth and bones. Pomegranate contains antioxidants which support healthy heart and help prevent cancer; the anti-inflammatory properties slow down cartilage deterioration that causes osteoarthritis. With so many health benefits, why not make pomegranate a part of your daily regimen.
